Think suit and tie and colorful midi/maxi dresses! Darker suits for men are welcomed as are linen or lighter suits. Our cocktail hour will take place outside on the lawn and all other events will be indoors so please choose your footwear accordingly. Dancing shoes are required!

Yes - there will be a couple hours between the ceremony and the reception. Please take advantage of this time to rest, freshen up, explore Dock Square or enjoy the bar/lawn at The Nonantum!

Yes. Transportation will be provided from both The Nonantum and The Colony to St. Brendan's for the ceremony. If you're staying local, please make your way to one of those two locations for pickup. Uber/Lyft options can be extremely limited in Maine. We ask that our guests don’t rely on rideshare to prevent you from missing the main event! Shuttle service will be provided after the reception from The Nonantum to The Colony.

The number of guests will be indicated on your formal wedding invitation. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests due to limited space at our venue. Thank you for understanding!

We will be hosting an adults-only event so please enjoy the night off and have some fun!

It can be unpredictable! We encourage guests to bring a light sweater or wrap for the evening. Welcome drinks and cocktail hour will take place outside (weather permitting). All other events will take place indoors.
